Whether
you work in a crowded office or in the home there are ways to grab a little
relaxation during the course of the day.

1 . Find an herbal tea you like, or more specifically find a tea with an aroma
you like. Sit for a moment and feel the relaxation response your body has to
the pleasing smells.
2 . Slip on the headphones and let the music play low.
3 . While at work, slip your shoes off under the desk and stretch your toes;
get rid of the last chords of stress before beginning this relaxation technique.
4 . Take a moment to feel your breathing: this will help focus your mind and
relax you.
5 . Remember: you don't need to think about your problems right now since they'll
be fine by themselves for a few minutes.
